E- Commerce Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations on multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) to drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute strategies for product listings, promotions, and inventory management across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce industry with expertise in Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Sales, Ecommerce Marketing, Retail Management, Retail Operations & Ecommerce Operations.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce landscape including marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart; knowledge of other e-commerce portals an added advantage.
