E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our team and support the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, product management, and online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other online marketplaces
• Upload and maintain product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, images, promotions, and inventory
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and overall store performance
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and platform campaigns
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when required
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify pricing, product, and promotional opportunities
• Create and coordinate digital content for product listings and social media platforms
• Support paid advertising and marketing activities to drive traffic and sales
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and enquiries to improve customer experience
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide insights for business improvement
• Identify new opportunities to increase online sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Good understanding of online marketplace operations and digital marketing
• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital tools is a plus
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply
