E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, order management, marketplace coordination, and maintaining online product catalogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces and online sales platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability.
• Track sales performance, orders, revenue, and marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate with marketplaces, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor product visibility, pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions.
• Identify listing errors and resolve marketplace-related issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports related to sales, inventory, orders, and marketplace performance.
• Support online promotional campaigns and activities to improve sales.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and e-commerce best practices.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Experience with product listing and catalog management.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
