WE’RE HIRING: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE – SHOPEE, TIKTOK & DIGITAL GROWTH

Our E-Commerce team is growing fast, and this is an exciting time to join us.

Think of it as experiencing the pace, ownership and learning of a start-up environment — backed by an established retail business.

You will work hands-on across Shopee, TikTok Shop, our Website and other marketplaces, helping to drive sales, campaigns, conversion and digital growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across key platforms.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, stock and promotions.
• Plan and execute campaigns, flash sales, vouchers and mega sales.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate and Average Order Value.
• Support Shopee and TikTok Live operations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
• Monitor stock availability, fulfilment SLA and marketplace health.
• Conduct competitor and pricing analysis.
• Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Support new marketplace and digital growth initiatives.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is:

• Energetic, commercially minded and eager to learn.
• Passionate about e-commerce, Shopee, TikTok and digital retail.
• Comfortable with numbers, sales targets and fast-moving campaigns.
• Proactive, hands-on and willing to take ownership.
• Able to work across multiple teams and priorities.

Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, marketplaces or live commerce will be an advantage.
