What they need
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and company website.
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, photos and promotions.
- Process and monitor online orders, payments, packing and delivery arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries, messages, reviews and basic after-sales support.
- Monitor stock, sales performance and online campaigns, including vouchers and promotions.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and perform related e-commerce tasks.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
