E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Quick E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces such as Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Flipkart, Amazon, Quick Commerce, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, inventory management, sales growth, and overall account performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit,Zepto,etc.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and seller/Vendor ecosystem.
• Experience in managing marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage and oversee daily operations across all marketplace platforms.
• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor marketplace health metrics and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Coordinate with account managers from various marketplaces for business growth opportunities.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings across marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and images.
• Manage catalog updates, variations, pricing, and content enhancements.
• Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and ranking.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog-related issues.

Performance Marketing & Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ACoS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Sales.
• Conduct keyword bidding, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
• Launch promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and seasonal sales strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement growth recommendations.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive marketplace sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Develop strategies for product launches and category expansion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
