Job Title: E-commerce Operations Analyst (Fresher/Experienced)
Shift: Night/Day Shift
Location: Kolkata

Role: We are seeking a sharp, highly motivated fresher to join our e-commerce operations team. You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our third-party reseller presence across major North American platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. Key Responsibilities:

· Marketplace Management: Assist in day-to-day operations, including catalog expansion, listing verifications, and monitoring account health across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

· Data & Analytics: Utilize Microsoft Excel to process large product catalog and handle data feeds.

· Pricing Support: Use advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, multi-file SUMIF formulas, and nested logical tests) to support the building and execution of B2B repricing models.

· Operational Alignment: Work during night shifts to ensure seamless operations, timely updates, and alignment with North American business hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education/Experience: Recent graduate or fresher with a strong, genuine interest in US e-commerce and third-party marketplace strategies.

· Excel Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel. You should be highly comfortable navigating large datasets and applying formulas to organize and analyze data.

· Aptitude: Smart and analytical. We need a quick learner who can think on their feet, troubleshoot operational challenges.

· Shift Flexibility: Completely comfortable and committed to working any shift
