What they need
Job Summary
We need an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online stores.
Responsibilities
- Manage our online stores (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Upload and update products, prices, and promotions
- Process online orders and work with the warehouse on delivery
- Handle customer messages and reviews
- Track sales and prepare weekly reports
- Join platform campaigns to increase sales
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- At least 1–2 years of e-commerce experience
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
- Good with Excel and basic photo editing (Canva)
- Active, organised, and good at multitasking
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin or Malay
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
