Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online marketplace operations, product listings, orders, inventory coordination, pricing, promotions, and sales performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a good understanding of online fashion/apparel business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

• Manage products on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify and other e-commerce channels.
• Create and maintain accurate product listings, titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and attributes.
• Ensure products are properly categorized and searchable.
• Monitor listing quality and resolve listing-related issues.

2. Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily online orders and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse/store teams for stock availability and dispatch.
• Track inventory across different marketplaces.
• Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products and coordinate replenishment.
• Manage cancellations, returns, replacements, and RTO orders.

3. Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales.
• Monitor product performance, conversion rates, order volume, returns, and cancellations.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales and product visibility.

4. Pricing & Promotions

• Maintain product pricing across marketplaces.
• Coordinate marketplace offers, discounts, coupons, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing and product positioning.
• Support marketplace campaigns and seasonal promotions.

5. Product Content Management

• Coordinate with the design/content team for product images and creatives.
• Ensure product information, size charts, descriptions, and specifications are updated.
• Maintain consistency in product content across online platforms.

6. Customer & Marketplace Support

• Monitor customer queries, reviews, and feedback.
• Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Handle marketplace tickets and operational issues within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of E-commerce Marketplace Operations.
• Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Meesho / Shopify is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of inventory and order management.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace promotions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and deadlines.

Qualification

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
• Candidates with fashion/textile/apparel e-commerce experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,796.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
