E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings and day-to-day operations across major e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, sizes, colors, and product attributes.
• Ensure products are listed with accurate and complete information as per marketplace guidelines.
• Manage product catalogs, SKUs, inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
• Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor product visibility, sales performance, ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, catalog issues, and marketplace-related problems.
• Coordinate promotional offers, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports.
• Ensure timely updates of product information and inventory across all marketplaces.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace Operations.
• Practical experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra product listing.
• Good knowledge of catalog management, SKU management, inventory, and order processing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle E-Commerce will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,796.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
