What they need
- Manage sales and business operations on multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, IndiaMART, or other relevant platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Plan and manage marketplace advertising and promotional activities within the approved company budget.
- Monitor advertising spend, sales generated, ROI/ROAS, and overall profitability.
- Manage product pricing, discounts, offers, coupons, and promotional campaigns based on company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor marketplace performance, competitor pricing, customer reviews, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, advertising expenditure, marketplace performance, and profitability.
- Ensure that all online spending is within the approved company budget and obtain necessary approvals for additional expenditure.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, warehouse, logistics, marketing, and product teams.
- Identify new online marketplaces and opportunities to increase the company's digital sales.
- Maintain accurate records of marketplace expenses, commissions, advertising costs, and promotional investments.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, company pricing policies, and applicable business requirements.
