E-Commerce Executive

About the role

As our E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily online store operations, optimising product listings, executing promotional campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience across our e-commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and other marketplaces
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy
• Process orders and ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery
• Respond to customer enquiries and handle after-sales support professionally
• Plan and execute online promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and campaign activities
• Track sales performance and prepare reports on key e-commerce metrics
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing team to support online campaigns and brand visibility

About you

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or retail
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fashion, handbags, or retail products will be an added advantage
