Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, order management, inventory coordination, online promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify, etc.
• Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions accurately.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle marketplace promotions, offers, and discount campaigns.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Monitor customer reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Ensure all online platforms are updated with current inventory and pricing.
• Coordinate with marketing team for online campaigns and social media promotions.
• Resolve marketplace issues, claims, and seller support queries.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Attention to detail and time management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of inventory management and online order processing

Salary

As per company standards and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
