E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our clients' online marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing marketplace accounts, product listings, inventory, pricing, orders, sales performance and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and other marketplace platforms.
• Create, update and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes and other required information.
• Manage product pricing, MRP, selling price, discounts and offers across different platforms.
• Monitor orders, inventory, stock availability and product status on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding product approvals, listing issues, account issues and operational concerns.
• Monitor marketplace sales and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Handle product onboarding and ensure all required information and documents are properly updated.
• Monitor returns, cancellations, inventory issues and customer-related marketplace concerns.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for clients and management.
• Track competitor pricing, product listings and marketplace activities.
• Work on improving product rankings and visibility through marketplace SEO, keywords and listing optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product images, content, pricing, inventory and other marketplace requirements.
• Ensure all marketplace accounts and product information remain accurate and up to date.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Instamart and Zepto.
• Good understanding of product listing, catalog management, inventory, pricing and order management.
• Knowledge of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
• Good understanding of marketplace sales reports and basic data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and marketplaces simultaneously.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
