E-Commerce Executive

E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE – TEXTILE INDUSTRY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders
• Handle product listings, product descriptions, pricing and stock updates
• Manage orders, returns, exchanges and order processing
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and courier teams
• Handle customer queries and provide proper follow-up
• Monitor online sales and order status
• Update product images, details and inventory on e-commerce platforms
• Maintain daily reports and sales/order records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations required
• Experience in e-commerce, online selling or textile industry will be preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer & Excel knowledge
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks
• E-commerce platform knowledge will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
