E-Commerce Executive

About the role

The E-Commerce Executive is the information hub of the online team, responsible for managing product listings, order fulfilment, campaigns, paid ads, live selling support, and affiliate partnerships across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Instagram Shop. This role requires strong coordination with Customer Service, Live Hosts, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and stock levels across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimise product listings on all platforms with accurate titles, descriptions, specs, variations, sizes and prices that are SEO-friendly
• Keep stock levels and prices in sync across all platforms in real time to prevent overselling or incorrect out-of-stock status
• Set up new product launches including photos, size charts, variations, launch price and launch vouchers
• Check store health daily including shop rating, chat response rate, late shipment rate and listing violations
• Produce basic promotional content using Canva or CapCut and brief the design team for higher-production assets
• Process and track orders, returns, refunds and replacements in each platform's backend
• Send daily order lists to the warehouse and agree cut-off times for same-day dispatch
• Flag delivery issues to Customer Service and warehouse/logistic admin and follow up until resolved
• Plan and run promotions on all platforms including flash sales, vouchers, bundles, free shipping and add-on deals to meet monthly sales targets
• Set up and run paid ads on Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads/GMV Max, and Meta Ads, monitoring performance daily and adjusting keywords, targeting and budget to improve conversion rate and ROAS
• Set up TikTok Live and Shopee Live sessions in the backend with products pinned, live-only prices, vouchers and flash deals
• Prepare live product sheets for the Live Host before every session and monitor live sessions from the backend
• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates, KOLs/KOCs and creators through platform affiliate programmes
• Track KPIs such as GMV, sales conversion rate, affiliate sales share, campaign ROI, ROAS and ad spend efficiency against targets
• Prepare daily sales updates and weekly/monthly reports for management
• Track competitor prices, trends and promotions to keep the company competitive
• Handle platform settlements and payout reports and reconcile them with Accounts
• Support data entry, reports and presentations using Microsoft 365, Google Docs/Sheets and WPS Office
• Communicate campaign details, price changes, promo updates and stock status to Customer Service, Live Host, Marketing and Warehouse teams before changes go live
• Maintain a shared promo and price sheet updated so the whole team works from the same information

About you

• Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to be the information hub for multiple team members
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and product listings
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Docs/Sheets and WPS Office
• Experience with paid advertising platforms and campaign management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously across different platforms

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
