Job Summary:

Clinic Dermatech is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings, orders, inventory, and sales across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth online business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online marketplaces.
• Process online orders and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Handle product returns, refunds, and customer queries.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with marketplace representatives regarding account updates and promotions.
• Assist in planning online offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain product information and required platform documentation.
• Monitor marketplace performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams for daily operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
