E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online promotion strategies for the Hong Kong market to increase brand visibility and conversion.
• Manage and optimize daily operations on e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Carousell, HKTV Mall, YOHO), including product listings, campaign execution, and sales data analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging promotional content (copy, visuals, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement; provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in Hong Kong’s e‑commerce landscape.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, advertising tools, and best practices; propose new initiatives to enhance online presence.
• Handle and follow up customer inquiries/complaints/returns.
• Liaise and coordinate with buyers, logistics and related departments on day-to-day business operation.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks/projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in e-Commerce, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines.
• Background or knowledge in electronic products is required
• Minimum 1-3 years solid experience in IT product e-commerce/e-marketing/online store.
• Preferred experience working at Shopify or YOHO/ HKTV Mall.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hard-working with positive attitude, responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills.
• Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
