E-commerce Executive

• Manage product cataloging, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content optimization.
• Monitor inventory levels, update daily pricing, and secure the Buy Box.
• Process orders and resolve customer or trust and safety escalations
• Onboard new restaurant or merchant partners and negotiate commercial terms.
• Drive business growth, analyze sales performance, and manage promotional campaigns or coupon activations.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to improve operational metrics and customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, including but not limited to product listing creation, inventory management, pricing optimization, and order fulfilment.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyse sales metrics, traffic data, and customer feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Implement promotional strategies, advertising campaigns, and deal placements to drive traffic and increase sales on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with platform policies, best practices, and industry trends related to Amazon and Flipkart e-commerce.

Pay: ₹16,608.68 - ₹54,330.64 per month
