Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to oversee our daily online store operations, website updates, and order fulfillment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our product catalog across multiple platforms, keeping inventory balanced, and ensuring every customer order is packed and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Maintain, update, and optimize our Shopify and WordPress e-commerce websites to ensure seamless functionality, strong visual appeal, and an excellent user experience.
• Product Cataloging & Uploads: Create detailed product listings, write clear and engaging descriptions, optimize images, set pricing/discounts, and manage product categorization across platforms.
• Order Fulfillment & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper branded packaging standards and coordination with local and international courier partners.
• Inventory Control: Monitor real-time inventory levels, conduct routine stock counts, track incoming and outgoing stock across warehouse channels, and prevent stockouts or over-fulfillment errors.
• Customer Support Coordination: Assist with tracking order statuses, managing return/exchange requests, and resolving delivery queries promptly.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce store operations (preferably Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify Admin, WordPress CMS, and basic inventory tracking tools.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in product data entry, SKU tracking, and physical order packing.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet daily order dispatch deadlines, and manage stock efficiently.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
