E-Commerce Executive

About the role

Set up, manage, and maintain e-commerce platforms and online stores. Upload and update product listings, pricing, stock availability, promotions, and product information. Process online orders and coordinate with Logistics, Admin Frame, Admin Lens, Accounts, and outlet teams. Handle online customer enquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, and after-sales matters. Support online campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundle deals, and festive promotions. Monitor online sales, customer reviews, conversion rates, product performance, and campaign results. Prepare regular e-commerce sales, order, campaign, and customer feedback reports.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital marketing, marketplace management, or retail support
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company websites, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and Canva is preferred
• Experience in optical products, eyewear, lenses, retail sales, or customer service is an added advantage
