Role Description The E-Commerce Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing online product listings, updating content, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory across e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Executive will coordinate with sales and account management teams to optimize product visibility, run promotional campaigns, and track performance metrics. Daily responsibilities include analyzing traffic and sales data, monitoring competitor activity, and improving conversion rates through data-driven actions. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer support to maintain a seamless online buying experience and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce performance data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Account management capabilities to oversee product portfolios, maintain platform relationships, and ensure consistent listing quality.
• Sales and sales management skills to drive revenue growth, execute promotions, and achieve online sales targets.
• Team management experience to coordinate cross-functional activities and collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and support teams.
• Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar), including catalog management and campaign execution.
• Proficiency with Excel or other reporting tools for tracking KPIs, preparing dashboards, and managing large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred.
