Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and TikTok Shop
- Update product listings, prices, descriptions and inventory
- Plan and execute platform promotions, campaigns and livestream activities
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery
- Handle customer enquiries, returns and refunds
- Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements
About you
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Good communication, customer service and organisational skills
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and managing multiple platforms
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
