E-Commerce Executive

Krimaa Beauty is looking for an organised, proactive E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website. You will keep the store updated, monitor inventory and sales, set up promotions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage our Shopify store, including product listings, shade variants, pricing, images, descriptions, and collections.
• Create and test discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor inventory across all shades, maintain accurate stock levels, and flag low-stock items or discrepancies.
• Track daily sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds, and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with our warehouse and delivery partners, following up on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and other content in coordination with the creative team.
• Regularly check the website, cart, checkout, payment options, and discount codes to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage Shopify apps and coordinate with developers or support teams for technical fixes.
• Set up and monitor abandoned-checkout and post-purchase communications.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and website offers are correctly implemented.
• Identify opportunities to improve the shopping experience and conversion rate.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store.
• Understanding of product and variant management, inventory, discounts, and order processing.
• Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets and interpreting basic sales reports.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage daily operations independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Experience with beauty or D2C brands is a plus.

Location: Jaipur

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
