Job Description

Fresh Bazaar Group of Companies is hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage the daily online operations of our retail, supermarket, and F&B businesses.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in marketplace management, product listings, pricing, promotions, and order operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, InstaShop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, prices, and availability.
• Monitor online orders, cancellations, customer complaints, and platform-related issues.
• Coordinate with restaurant, supermarket, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate product information and stock availability across platforms.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Experience in product listing management, pricing, and promotions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms independently.
• Experience in FMCG, supermarkets, retail, or F&B e-commerce is preferred.
