• Excellent Logistics & Operation: Control end-to-end operation process from order to delivery and after-sales service for both Marketplace & Retail Model.
• Lead E-commerce Enabler & 20+ Distributors to ensure seamless operation process: Set-up fulfillment process/guideline, system integration, system set-up.
• Deliver operational KPIs to meet platform's service level agreement.
• Assess & control the quality of operation of Distributor/E-commerce Enabler/3PL/Platform.
• Debt management.
• Work with Key account, Distributors, SO team to ensure stock supply for Online channel, especially during big campaigns and festive season.
• Explore & develop suitable operating model for each platform with an aim to maximize selling opportunity with minimum operation cost/resource.
• Internal fulfillment capability enhancement: Onboarding, training, upgrade distributor's fulfillment capability & efficiency to meet the growing demand of Online channel in different operating model, platform, region.
• Build inhouse delivery capability.
• New Project: Expansion (geography analysis, new selling platform, new distributor based on business agenda).
• Optimization (order packing, delivery lead time, delivery cost,...).
• Data analysis & Report: Follow and track competitors’ operation activities.
• Budget tracking monthly, ensure budget usage parallel with KPI.
• Build data dashboard, track key metrics, conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and timely suggestion for business.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, major in Marketing/ Economics/ Commerce is preferred.
• Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills): At least 2 years of experience in Online Retail (Pure Player) in commercial department, OR 2 years of experience in FMCG industry, related to e-commerce business. Candidate with both experiences is a plus.
• Other: Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, account management, campaign management, e-commerce business models.
• Strong leadership & project management skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Using data analysis and insight to solve problems efficiently or create more consumer value. A proven track record in achieving set objectives.
• Strong desire to continually improve work processes.
