Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)

Job Description

Shubh Gems, a luxury gems and jewellery brand, is hiring young**,** energetic and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executives to independently manage online orders, domestic and international shipping, CRM and customer support.

We seek a proactive, organised and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, digital proficiency and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end online order processing, invoicing, packing and dispatch.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, courier coordination and delivery tracking.
• Maintain CRM, customer records, order updates and operational reports.
• Handle customer communication via email, phone and digital channels.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, returns, refunds and reviews professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely fulfilment and smooth daily operations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, MS Office, CRM and professional emailing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner and capable of working independently.
• Candidates residing in Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi or nearby areas with a convenient daily commute.
• Preferred background in E-Commerce, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, Fashion or Premium Consumer Brands.
