E-commerce Executive - PES Department

Job Descriptions

• Actively understand latest and ongoing development of business environment, market trend, including competitor activities, customer behaviour, products trends for online business including multi-channel platform.
• Monitor stock performance, i.e. stock level, stock turn, aged stock status, ensure stock manage at optimum level and aligned with company sales targets and strategy.
• Perform stock and sales analysis to anticipate future product needs, drive sales, communicate risks and opportunities i.e. bestsellers, trends, compare performance to related parties.
• Work closely with MM, outlet, supplier and warehouse to follow up on the create of order and transfer, delivery led time to ensure timely delivery and closed on back order and partial orders.
• Focus on improving site, including multi-channel platform performance, optimize traffic to site, product engagement, sales conversion, and average order value.
• Support in planning online promotions, and seasonal campaigns, to inform future campaign strategies and program changes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital analytics tools.
• Familiar with product listing, marketplace campaigns, vouchers, promotions, order management and basic marketplace analytics.
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
