e-Commerce Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast growing pet supplies retailer with online and physical presence in Singapore. This role involves customer engagement, product listing management, market research, and digital marketing collaboration across e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Reply to customer queries between 9am to 10am and 4pm to 5pm daily, including weekends and public holidays
• Upkeep chat response rate of Lazada and Shopee accounts above 80% daily
• Track and update stock availability and liaise with Singapore office for restocking information, product expiry dates and customers' queries and requests
• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing product information, images, and pricing
• Upload and update products on e-commerce platforms
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and analyze competitor strategies
• Implement and monitor e-commerce-focused marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements

About you

• E-commerce platform management skills for Lazada, Shopee and Shopify
• 1 year experience with Shopee Seller Centre (Required)
• At least 5 years experience in Shopee or Tiktok
• Educational background in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
