E-Commerce Executive (Return Department)

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage online orders, returns, product listings, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. Experience with e-commerce platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online selling platforms and orders.
• Handle product listings, inventory, and regular updates.
• Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.
• Coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of returns and inventory.
• Resolve order and return-related issues.
• Prepare daily e-commerce reports and updates.

Requirements

• Experience with e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
