About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and fast-learning E-Commerce Executive / Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our online presence across major e-commerce marketplaces.

This role spans marketplace operations, campaign execution, platform advertising, and performance analytics. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience on ecommerce platforms who can hit the ground running, take ownership of day-to-day operations, and turn performance insights into clear growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day operations across assigned e-commerce marketplaces.

Maintain and optimize product listings, promotional setups, voucher mechanics, and visual store content.

Plan, set up, and execute key campaign events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, brand days).

Manage internal marketplace advertising tools (e.g., Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) to drive ROI and store traffic.

Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously optimize store metrics.

Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends across key digital platforms.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams for seamless campaign execution.

Liaise directly with marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure key campaign slots and platform support.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve seller center issues or customer delivery complaints efficiently.

About You

Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing brand stores on major marketplaces is a strong plus.

Familiarity with local/regional platforms is highly advantageous.

Fast learner who can adapt swiftly to business needs and manage operations with minimal supervision.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic functions, sales reports) and analytical metrics.

Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and structured in task execution.

Prior background in health supplements, wellness, FMCG, or consumer packaged goods is a plus.

Candidates considered for the Senior E-Commerce Executive role should demonstrate stronger performance management track records and campaign strategy ownership.
