E-commerce Executive / Website Administrator

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and improve our online stores and website.

You will be working closely with our sales, warehouse and management teams to ensure our products are accurately listed, updated, organised and easy for customers to find online.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with e-commerce platforms, websites, product data and online sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update products on our website and e-commerce platforms
• Create and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, specifications and images
• Update product prices, stock availability, promotions and product information
• Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across platforms
• Upload new products and maintain existing listings
• Assist with website content and basic website maintenance
• Monitor online orders and coordinate with the warehouse / sales team
• Check product pages and identify missing or incorrect information
• Improve product titles, descriptions and content for better customer understanding
• Assist with SEO-related product optimisation
• Monitor online store performance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare basic reports using Excel / Google Sheets
• Support online campaigns and promotional activities
• Work with the team on improving the overall online shopping experience

• E-commerce management systems

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce, website management or digital sales is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working with product data and spreadsheets
• Good attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin / Chinese is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website management is an advantage
• Creative, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
