What you'll be doing

1.  Online Store Operations (E-shop Management)

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in the daily management of e-shops (e.g., HKTVmall, YOHO, Shopify, Shopline).
• Process orders & coordinate with warehouse/logistics.
• Sync inventory across platforms to prevent overselling.

2.  E-commerce Marketing Support

• Execute and manage promotional campaigns (discounts/bundles/flash sales).
• Analyze sales and campaign performance, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Adapt product content (images/descriptions) for local audiences.
• Assist in new product drop uploads end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong merchandising presentation.

3.  Customer Service Coordination

• Handle pre-sales inquiries and post-sales support.
• Resolve order/delivery issues and escalate when needed.
• Document customer feedback for process improvements.

4.  Ad-hoc & Administrative Tasks

• Prepare sales documents (invoices, shipping labels).
• Assist in ad-hoc project and administrative tasks..

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in e-Commerce
• Hands-on experience in Shopify, Shopline, local E-commerce platforms and SEO
• Working Knowledge of digital platforms for marketing purposes, Web Analytics tools, Google Analytics, and social medial advertising
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Familiarity with Hong Kong culture and the local E-commerce market
• Proactive and collaborative team player
• Immediate availability preferred
