E-commerce Fulfillment Associate (Picker/Packer)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Associate (Picker/Packer) to assist with the daily preparation and processing of customer orders from Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.

The role involves picking products, checking order details, packing items securely, preparing shipping labels, and organizing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate should be organized, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and comfortable performing basic computer tasks. Previous experience is an advantage but is not required, as training will be provided.

Location: Mandaluyong City (Onsite)

Work Setup: On-site, 6 days a week

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick and collect products based on customer orders from Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Check product names, SKUs, variants, and quantities against order details before packing.
• Pack customer orders properly and securely according to company guidelines.
• Print and attach shipping labels and waybills using the company's system.
• Sort and organize packed orders for courier pickup and dispatch.
• Assist in checking available stocks, replenishing products, and reporting low-stock or missing items to the supervisor.
• Encode basic order and inventory information using Microsoft Excel or other company systems.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce team regarding order preparation, packing requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Keep the storage, picking, and packing areas clean, organized, and free from clutter.
• Report incorrect, damaged, or missing products and other order discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures and daily order fulfillment deadlines.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking SKUs, product variants, quantities, and shipping information.
• Preferably with experience in e-commerce fulfillment, picking and packing, warehouse operations, or inventory management; fresh applicants are welcome.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify is an advantage.
• Organized, reliable, hardworking, and willing to undergo training.
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently under time constraints.
• Physically capable of performing routine picking, packing, and stock-handling duties.
• Willing to work on-site six days a week.
• Available to start immediately.
