E-commerce Graphic Design VA

Job Summary:
We're keen to bring on an Etsy Graphic Designer and E-commerce Marketing VA to create the visuals and drive the promotion behind a growing store in the wedding niche. You'll design product graphics and listing images, build listings that rank well in Etsy search, and run the social media and marketing activity that brings in consistent orders. The role suits a designer with a commercial eye — someone who knows a great image is only half the job, and knows how to get it in front of the right buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product graphics and listing images, finishing raw materials supplied to you such as logos, markups, and product photography included
• Turn out a consistent visual identity across the store's listings, banners, and promotional assets
• Put together marketing and social media content that promotes products and generates steady order flow
• Build and sharpen Etsy listings with strong SEO across titles, tags, and descriptions
• Look into and pick new products to add to the store off demand and competitor activity
• Track listing and campaign performance, then revise visuals, keywords, and copy to lift results
• Run the daily upkeep of the store so listings stay current and accurate
• Report completed work and store activity on a daily basis
• Back the launch of further stores and sales channels as the business widens

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of e-commerce work — product mockups, listing images, or promotional graphics
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent
• Demonstrable hands-on experience working inside Etsy as a seller, designer, or store assistant
• Practical knowledge of Etsy SEO, titles, tags, descriptions, and search ranking factors included
• Experience putting together marketing and social media content for e-commerce products
• Ability to take initiative and move work forward without daily hand-holding
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with little supervision
• Strong communication skills, clear and consistent daily reporting included

Preferred Skills:

• Design experience in the wedding, events, gifting, or handmade product categories
• Photo editing and retouching of supplier-provided product images
• Short-form video editing for product promotion
• Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or eBay
• Product research and sourcing experience
• Paid social or Etsy Ads experience
• Ability to juggle several stores or projects at once
