E-Commerce Growth Executive

About the role

Take ownership of online marketplaces and help accelerate growth across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, company website and other online marketplaces. Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketplace management and campaign execution
• Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns with a strong commercial mindset
• Optimise product listings, pricing, traffic, conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV) and customer experience
• Analyse sales performance, campaign ROI and marketplace insights to identify new growth opportunities
• Monitor competitors, consumer trends and winning SKUs, then act quickly on opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
• Ensure excellent store health, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Protect the StemLabs and CellLabs brands by monitoring and reporting unauthorised or counterfeit listings

About you

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for growing online sales
• Analytical and comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive, resourceful and highly accountable
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• Someone who takes ownership, embraces challenges and enjoys delivering measurable results
