The Opportunity

DAILYPAL is seeking a commercially sharp E-Commerce Growth Lead to own and scale our entire online business across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada — building platform strategy, leading online operations, and turning brand plans into campaigns that convert. This is the senior seat that takes our online channel to its next level of growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving marketplace environment, reads a P&L as easily as a live-session dashboard, and loves turning a channel into a growth engine. You've run platforms hands-on, you know where the margin hides, and you can lead a team to execute at pace.

What You'll Own

• Own the online channel. The GMV and growth roadmap across every online platform.
• Build and drive platform strategy. TikTok live, affiliate, and video commerce; Shopee and Lazada campaigns and optimization.
• Translate brand plans into execution. The right products, promotions, and timing on every channel.
• Lead online operations and CS. Run the online operations and customer service team in line with the growth roadmap and each brand's campaign strategy — growing GMV and driving toward the company's core values and goals.
• Grow every brand online. Partner with our brand managers and senior strategist to scale each brand's online performance, and with our supply chain manager on demand and stock planning.
• Own the reporting. A clear read on channel performance the leadership team can act on.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or platform growth, with real ownership of GMV or a channel P&L — beauty, FMCG, consumer, or a marketplace / agency background.
• Deep platform expertise. Hands-on across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada — campaigns, live, affiliate, and platform tools.
• Commercial and analytical judgment. Reads a funnel, defends margin, and knows the difference between GMV and profit.
• A builder and a team leader. Can systematize a growing channel and lead an ops / CS team.
• Thrives in a fast, high-change environment and is decisive under incomplete information.
• Strong Thai and solid English.
