Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: PHP 18,000–22,000 per month
Reporting To: Omni Channel Manager
Motorcycle: Own motorcycle preferred

JOB SUMMARY

The E-Commerce Hub Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the daily dispatch and delivery of e-commerce orders. The position ensures that orders are properly prepared, assigned to riders, dispatched on time, and accurately tracked until delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily order dispatch and delivery activities at the e-commerce hub.
• Prepare, organize, and verify orders prior to rider pick-up.
• Assign orders to riders based on delivery routes, schedules, and priorities.
• Coordinate directly with riders regarding pick-up, delivery instructions, and delivery concerns.
• Monitor the status of ongoing deliveries and follow up on delayed, failed, or pending deliveries.
• Ensure proper handover and documentation of orders to delivery riders.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Operations teams regarding order and delivery concerns.
• Maintain accurate dispatch, rider, and delivery records.
• Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports as required.
• Address operational issues and escalate concerns to the Omni Channel Manager when necessary.
• Ensure that all dispatched orders are properly accounted for and endorsed.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient e-commerce hub operation.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Omni Channel Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, or delivery operations is an advantage.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple orders and delivery concerns simultaneously.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Willing to work on-site in Chino Roces, Makati.
• Own motorcycle is preferred.
