E-Commerce Hub Dispatcher

About the role

Responsible for coordinating daily fulfillment, dispatch and delivery activities at the e-commerce logistics hub. The role ensures that customer orders are accurately processed, properly prepared, scheduled and dispatched on time through effective coordination with the hub team, riders, customers and farm operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fulfillment, dispatch and delivery activities at the e-commerce logistics hub
• Ensure customer orders are accurately processed and properly prepared
• Schedule and dispatch orders on time
• Coordinate with hub team, riders, customers and farm operations
• Coordinate delivery schedules and assign deliveries to riders
• Monitor completed, delayed, and failed deliveries
• Maintain dispatch, delivery, and basic inventory records
• Resolve dispatch and delivery concerns proactively
• Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports

About you

• At least years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, delivery coordination, or related operations
• Experience in e-commerce order fulfillment
• Experience coordinating delivery schedules and assigning deliveries to riders
• Experience monitoring completed, delayed, and failed deliveries
• Experience maintaining dispatch, delivery, and basic inventory records
• Familiarity with Metro Manila delivery operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and professional
• Able to handle multiple orders and delivery activities simultaneously
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Reliable, responsible and accountable
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
• Comfortable using ERP system, mobile applications and delivery/navigation apps
• Good knowledge of order fulfillment and dispatch processes
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills
