E-Commerce Integration & Support

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Integration & Support with strong knowledge of payment gateways, merchant onboarding, API integrations, and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting merchants and partners throughout the integration lifecycle, from onboarding and configuration to testing, go-live, and ongoing production support.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant integrations with MPGS, CyberSource (CYBS), and other local payment gateways.
• Manage end-to-end MID onboarding, including MSO configurations, payment methods, and transaction routing.
• Provide technical assistance with REST APIs, SDKs, and payment gateway integrations.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, API errors, connectivity issues, and production incidents.
• Coordinate with acquiring banks, payment schemes, and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
• Review and validate merchant integrations before go-live.
• Support 3DS 2.x, tokenization, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide post-go-live technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in payment gateway integration, technical support, or payment processing.
• Hands-on experience with MPGS, CYBS, or similar payment gateways.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, MID configuration, and acquirer integrations.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SDKs, and Postman.
• Understanding of the card payment lifecycle, including authorization, capture, refunds, and settlement.
• Familiarity with 3DS 2.x, tokenization, digital wallets, and PCI DSS.
• Basic knowledge of networking, scripting, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
