Role Overview:

The E-commerce Internwill support the e-commerce team in managing and optimizing the online shopping experience. This role involves assisting with website updates, supporting digital campaign execution, conducting basic data analysis, and contributing to conversion rate improvements. The ideal intern should have an interest in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to customer queries and orders on e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Support the management of online storefronts on Lazada, Shopee, and social media.

• Upload and update product information including descriptions, pricing, and visuals across platforms.

• Assist in inventory tracking and syncing stock levels across different e-commerce systems.

• Help bridge communication between Customer Care and the E-commerce team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Contribute ideas and assistance to online marketing activities, including TikTok content.
