Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern who is interested in learning and working on real-world e-commerce operations. The intern will assist the team with website, product listings, online platforms, customer enquiries, and day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Add and update product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other details.
• Assist with website and online store management.
• Monitor product listings and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Handle and maintain records of online enquiries and leads.
• Assist with order, inventory, and product data management.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist in preparing e-commerce reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for online requirements.
• Support basic product content and catalogue optimisation.
• Perform regular checks of online listings and report any issues.
• Assist with other e-commerce-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday (Half Day)

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
