E-Commerce Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible E-commerce Intern to join our team. You will support the daily operations of our online stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, while gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce, customer service, affiliate marketing, social media, and digital marketing.

You will have the opportunity to work with beauty and personal care brands from Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, and China.

No previous e-commerce experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

What You Will Do: -

Marketplace Operations & Customer Service

• Assist with daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.

• Update product listings, prices, promotions, stock information, images, and product details.

• Respond to customer enquiries through marketplace chat.

• Assist customers with basic product, order, delivery, return, and after-sales enquiries.

• Monitor customer reviews and escalate issues when necessary.

• Assist with setting up vouchers, promotions, bundles, and marketplace campaigns.

• Support major campaigns such as Payday, 10.10, 11.11, and 12.12.

Affiliate & Creator Support

• Search for suitable TikTok creators and affiliates.

• Assist with reaching out to creators for collaborations.

• Coordinate product sample requests and follow-ups.

• Track creator content and basic affiliate sales performance.

Content & Social Media Support

• Assist with preparing and scheduling content for Xiaohongshu (XHS/RED) and other social media platforms.

• Assist with simple copywriting and content preparation.

• Research trending beauty content, products, and topics on TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

• Assist the Social Media team with content schedules when required.

• Support simple content creation using Canva or CapCut.

Other Marketing Support

• Assist with events, roadshows, product launches, and retail activations when required.

We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, responsible, curious, and comfortable working with online marketplaces and social media.

If you spend time on Shopee, TikTok, Xiaohongshu or other social platforms and are interested in learning how brands grow online, this internship could be a great place to start.

• Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.
• Working days are Mon-Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm (Fully on-site)
