E-Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and update product listings on shftx.com and marketplaces, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Check catalog quality: correct categories, attributes, stock status, and SEO-friendly content.
• Track daily orders, returns, and customer queries, and coordinate with operations and support teams.
• Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion data and share simple daily or weekly reports.
• Research competitor products, pricing, and offers to support merchandising decisions.
• Help set up promotions, discounts, and campaign banners on the website.
• Support the team in testing new website features and reporting bugs or issues.
• Maintain organized trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• No prior experience required; curiosity and willingness to learn are a must.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Interest in online shopping, digital business, and e-commerce trends.
• Organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working to deadlines.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Flipkart seller panels.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, or SEO.
• Any personal project, online store, or internship in e-commerce.
