E-commerce Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and concerns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Help monitor orders, returns, and refunds.
• Support order monitoring, inventory, and daily e-commerce operations.
• Assist with reports and other tasks assigned by the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any related field.

• Willing to learn about e-commerce operations and online selling platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

• Must be an undergraduate student and able to render the required internship hours. Voluntary internships are also welcome.
