E-Commerce Intern

Job Description:

• Manage and update e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop
• Process daily online orders
• Pack and prepare orders for delivery
• Arrange courier pickup/drop-off and track shipments
• Update product listings, prices and stock levels
• Assist with basic inventory management
• Handle basic customer enquiries and order issues
• Support daily e-commerce and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree student in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing or related fields
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
