E-commerce Intern (with allowance)

The E-Commerce Intern will assist the E-Commerce team in the day-to-day management of online stores and administrative tasks. The intern will provide support in updating product information, monitoring orders, preparing reports, and organizing e-commerce records under the supervision of the assigned team.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in updating product information, prices, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in monitoring online orders and order status.
• Help check and update product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining e-commerce files and records.
• Help prepare daily or weekly e-commerce reports.
• Assist in monitoring product availability and inventory information online.
• Help check customer inquiries, reviews, and messages and forward concerns to the assigned staff.
• Assist in coordinating with the Warehouse, Marketing, and Customer Service teams regarding online orders and product concerns.
• Assist in checking promotions, vouchers, and product campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to E-Commerce.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion or retail industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
