Title : E-Commerce Inventory & Marketplace operations Executive

Salary Scale : 20K to 30K

Location: Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience - 2 - 4 years

· Manage inventory across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

· Monitor daily inventory levels, sales velocity, stock cover, sell-through, and out-of-stock risks across all SKUs.

· Prepare inventory forecasts and replenishment plans based on historical sales, upcoming promotions, seasonality, marketplace events, and business targets.

· Track and process Amazon Vendor Central POs, including PO acceptance, quantities, shortages, dispatch planning, ASN coordination, and delivery timelines.

· Ensure optimum inventory availability while avoiding overstock, dead stock, stock-outs, excess inventory, and unnecessary storage charges.

· Coordinate closely with the manufacturing team and issue production/work orders based on marketplace demand, sales forecasts, inventory levels, pending orders, and upcoming campaigns.

· Prepare SKU-wise stock ageing, inventory health, slow-moving stock, fast-moving stock, and dead-stock reports.

· Plan inventory ahead of major events such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Diwali, festive campaigns, sale events, and promotional periods.

· Track inbound shipments and ensure stocks reach fulfilment centers within required timelines.

· Identify inventory risks in advance and take corrective action before they impact sales.

· Manage returns, replacements, RTOs, damages, and defective products across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

· Track returned inventory from pickup to warehouse receipt and ensure proper reconciliation.

· Raise and follow up on claims, reimbursements, SAFE-T cases, shortages, and transit damage cases.

· Prepare daily/weekly MIS for return rate, replacement rate, claim recovery, and inventory losses.

· Reduce avoidable returns through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
