E Commerce Lead

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Lead to own and scale our online business across marketplaces, D2C, quick-commerce, and emerging commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue, growth, profitability, and P&L across e-commerce channels.
• Lead end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, PharmEasy, Tata 1mg, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive growth through assortment, pricing, promotions, advertising, and listing optimization.
• Manage marketplace performance, account health, inventory planning, and sales forecasting.
• Identify and onboard new channels and growth opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics such as revenue, CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and profitability.
• Build scalable processes and drive sustainable, data-driven growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Growth, or Digital Commerce.
• Experience managing e-commerce business operations end-to-end.
• Strong exposure to multiple marketplaces, D2C, and/or quick-commerce platforms.
• Experience working with third-party sellers across multiple marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, catalog management, account health, and growth strategies.
• Proven experience scaling businesses in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and business ownership mindset.
• Experience in healthcare, consumer health, medical devices, wellness, electronics, or consumer products will be an added advantage.
