Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on E-commerce Lead to establish and grow our e-commerce business in Thailand.

You will work closely with the Vietnam team to set up the Thailand e-commerce operation from the ground up, including platforms, processes, product setup, campaigns, operations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of Thailand's e-commerce business.
• Work closely with the Vietnam team to implement regional strategies, systems, and best practices in Thailand.
• Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and other relevant channels.
• Develop strategies to drive online sales, traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and online content.
• Analyze sales and market data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage marketplace platforms, agencies, and external partners.
• Build and develop the Thailand e-commerce team as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace management.
• Strong experience with Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
• Experience launching or setting up an e-commerce business from scratch is highly preferred.
• Experience working with regional or overseas teams is an advantage.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial with strong ownership.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Experience in sports, apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer goods is a plus.
